Three Weeks of Winter Quarter has gone by
and it seems that its only gonna get faster.
So far, things have been pretty manageable with school,
activities, clubs, and volunteer work taking up a lot of my time.
I feel the more stressful things haven’t come yet, because I feel like I haven’t
been working that hard yet.
I need to start getting on my grind pretty soon or else all of it
is gonna bite me in the ass.
Besides all of this I have to make time to search for a possible Job/internship
and still learn how to cook

Busy, busy day
Lab and some meetings After
Recom was really chill today, went by
really smoothly and pretty quick. The TA didn’t wasn’t that
annoying so it was cool. I’m really digging my Recombinant professor. She
threw a class a potluck. Never had that in a class before.
Chilled in the cross afterwards then went to a lecture my professor
was giving on how to get research positions something I need badly.
Afterwards I had meeting for Relay for Life, excited on starting the team up.
Going home though I started getting a huge headache because I didn’t eat much through the day. By the time I got home the headache was worse. I made myself some food and try to rest a little bit before I studied. That turned out to be a fail as I ended up going to sleep.
I really need to seriously start grinding on school work

Risers on the track bike
It’s a more relaxed position for the commute so my back pack isnt overly pressing up against my back
I also feel it helps with my climbing legs to an extent that I cant rely a lot
on leverage I would normally have with traditional drops and many hand positions

About photography
I was a little turned off in how they emphasized so much
on gear and the quality of gear they possessed. Now it is nice to have
great things to work with, and I am guilty of from time to time drooling
over those things. But in talking with that person I furthered had a sense
that they themselves cared more about how nice the lenses and bodies they
have then the actual work they produced. Going further, as I mentioned that I
shot film, he went on, on how he had those too again going on at the amount of gear they owned and how it was like shooting back in the day. (dont really know what that means cuz I’m not that old)
but anyways, ending this rant.
to each his own
But for me I like what I use, even if it cost me less then 15 dollars

Winter 2012 Week 2

Week 2, not that busy but getting to that point.
Trying to still work out the kinks of commuting to and from school
and logistics of getting a workout done, eating, studying all in an efficient manner. Everything is going so far although there are a few concerns especially that in lab (TA is kind of lame).
In terms of how I performed this week
I give myself a B-
